Chris Self is a mission-driven healthcare executive and consultant with more than 20 years of experience in hospital administration, physician relations, and rural health innovation. Currently, he is a self-employed advisor, supporting healthcare organizations with strategic planning, operational improvement, and community engagement initiatives.

Previously, Self led AdventHealth Gordon and AdventHealth Murray, overseeing 1,600+ team members across two hospitals and affiliated clinics. He also served as President & CEO of AdventHealth Manchester (KY), where he expanded rural health access and contributed to regional economic development. Earlier roles include COO, strategy director, and development officer across AdventHealth’s Florida and North Carolina markets. His career began in campaign leadership with CCS Fundraising.

Self holds an MBA from Webster University and a BS in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Southern Adventist University. He has served on both the Georgia and Kentucky Hospital Association Boards.
