Pamela Vanderberg oversees one of the nation’s busiest Level I Trauma and Burn Centers at Grady Memorial Hospital. Her leadership spans trauma recovery, burn care, EMS liaison, injury prevention, and education outreach. She has secured grant funding, eliminated contract labor costs, and expanded trauma education programs.
Her prior roles include senior leadership at Regional One Medical Center (TN), Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center (GA), and Good Samaritan Medical Center (CO). She has contributed to national trauma guidelines and presented at STN and TQIP conferences.
Vanderberg holds dual master’s degrees in Nursing and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BSN from Bowling Green State University. She is a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), and a Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN).
